This book would have been over if any of the characters had spoken like three words so it was like agony dragging on waiting for them to FINALLY communicate. Just like a mediocre rom-com. But I didn’t hate it. It was a fun little lighthearted airport read.
My only actual complaint is what I put in my content warnings— a major plot point is that man kisses a woman without her consent. There are no negative consequences nor any character who seems to view it as wrong, only positive things come from it, which is a bit problematic
