This book covers a complex and interesting subject and it presents the information in a clear enough way so that most people should be able to understand; there are numerous equations, diagrams and pictures to help out with what is being explained. That being said, there were sections that I had to re-read to get a better grasp on what was going on. Overall, I would still recommend this book.

I’m not entirely sure for whom this book is designed. The assumption of knowledge borders on the absurd and I can’t imagine many will actually be able to get to grips with the mathematics as described, let alone the density of the subject matter. Serious consideration should have been given as to whether the explanations actually achieved what was intended before publication.

Was enjoying this book, but it was pretty technical, which I liked, but once I put it down for a bit, it was too difficult to jump back in without starting over.
