It was really enjoyable and somewhat was suspenseful, wondering if the characters would accomplish what they aspired too. Liked that it switched POV between the 2 main characters so you knew what was going on when they weren't together. It also helped the reader get a feel of each of their thoughts and reasons for doing the things they did.

Vorerst abgebrochen und noch nicht komplett zu ende gelesen. Ich muss zugeben, dass ich den zweiten Teil der "Matched" Trilogy nicht einmal komplett zu ende gelesen, sondern es erst einmal abgebrochen habe, da ich einfach nicht weiter komme. Vielleicht werde ich es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt noch einmal weiter bzw. versuchen, zu ende zu lesen, aber im Moment hatte ich keine Lust mehr darauf. Ich saß schon ziemlich lange an dem ersten Teil von Ally Condies Trilogie, doch gegen Ende kam wenigstens in diesem Buch mehr Spannung auf, weswegen ich dachte, dass die Geschichte im zweiten Teil besser werden könnte... Doch das wurde sie bislang überhaupt nicht. Ich wurde von Kapitel zu Kapitel immer gelangweilter und da ich es nicht mehr schaffe, mich auf das Buch zu konzentrieren, habe ich es erst einmal abgebrochen und wieder ins Regal gestellt. Beim Lesen hatte ich das Gefühl, dass nichts so wirklich voran geht, nichts passierte... Cassia und Ky suchen sich, doch alles blieb auf der Stelle stehen. Von irgendeiner Rebellion spürte man bislang noch gar nichts. Erst einmal bewerte ich das Buch mit 2 Sternen, wenn ich mich dazu aufgerafft habe, es doch noch zu ende zu lesen, ändert meine Meinung sich vielleicht noch und ich werde es neu bewerten.

This book was much better than Matched. This book was about a journey and not a pining love triangle.
This book is even more heart-wrenching and action packed than the last. You can't help but hold your breath and cross your fingers till the end. You will be crying bitter tears and tears of pure joy. Brilliant.
