Normally self help/nonfiction books are hit or miss for me - this was def a hit!
I've already recommended it to so many people because it's fascinating! Takes what you think you know and flips it around.
The personal stories make it easy to digest, and I appreciate how Bruce is able to weave in his own story. The ending especially is very nice and comes back around to finish telling the story of his dad who really was the catalyst of the whole project.
Get a pen and a notebook and get ready to read and take notes, but don't be fooled - this is no boring textbook, rather it's a manual to understanding life and the many changes you'll face on your journey.
