This book was less dark than I was expecting.

Their relationship had more depth than I was expecting. I imagined this book would be smut with a hint of plot.

Magnus’s backstory was interesting. Like how the last woman he was with died while he was inside of her.

Wow! Tinsley had some embarrassing moments. I was not expecting her to get her period in the middle of her winter formal.

I liked Daisy’s story and how Magnus was hush hush about his good deeds.

This was a great read.

Pam Godwin does it again. She truly is an all-around author, I swear she could write on a cereal box and I would eat it up.
This story has two of my favourite forbidden romance tropes put together and I was here for it. There was some elements from Dark Notes in this story which I really liked because it’s one of my favourite books from Pam. It was nice to have a twist on the teacher student romance, I was giggling and kicking my feet so much during this book.
Pam also does well with having strong female MCs that know their worth and despite wanting a strong MMC to take care of them, they are not damsels in distress either. I just love her writing so much, I can’t wait to read more from her.

It started off really good then it kinda lost me in the middle, but the ending pull it all together in for me. The main characters made me wanna punch my head into a wall but the shit that was coming out of Tinsley’s mouth made me do a double take at the girl.

I’m not even gonna deny that I read this for the smut 🫡

Taboo and forbidden romance is my favorite!
This book ticks all the taboo boxes and then some!
The writing is stellar! The author has a beautiful style that I think lifts the taboo and kinky up into beautiful art. And I just love that!
She doesn’t shy away from super detailed dirty talk, that’s a winner for me as well! It’s detailed and it’s raw!
So, a hot Priest, age gap AND she’s his student… I was in naughty heaven!
The characters are really unique and there’s plenty of depth to them both. It’s not just hot and sexy times… but, those are written so well and they are INTENSE!
I love the kink, the tension between them, the taunting by her trying to entice him, the taunting/“punishments” from him and the fear they both have of indulging in their attraction.
They both are very aware of the implications, they don’t ignore that.
Tinsley Constantine is only 18, comes from an extremely wealthy and powerful family and she’s SUCH an unexpected and refreshing character.
She shows kindness and tenderness, she also is feisty and does not back down to anyone. She’s not what I was expecting and definitely not what Father Magnus was expecting. She’s a firebrand and extremely mature young woman. I really adore her.
-Magnus, oh Father bless me, I have sinned!
He’s intense, he’s harsh and he’s made for sin! He is so sexy, so dirty in the best way.
He has some unexpected qualities that get revealed and made me swoon hard.
There’s family drama that’s quite serious, there’s the fear of being caught together. It kept me on edge the whole time!
It’s a an incredible story, awesome characters and sinfully hot!
I adore this yummy, amazing book that never has a dull moment!
Completely a winner and favorite for me!
