I tried reading this one quite a few times, but I could never get into it. The writing style really isn't for me and I just found myself constantly confused about what was going on.
Is anyone else not surprised that Temperance has an aneurysm? Couldn’t be from the 19 times she’s been hit over the head and knocked unconscious?
I don't know if I am disappointed because I waited too long and my expectations were too high, or just because this book doesn't even seem to be written by Kathy Reichs. Tempe is always borderline hysterical and I remember her totally different, the story is not particularly good because many things seems to happen random and in the end I didn't like it so much. Maybe next time....
Non sono sicura se sono rimasta cosí delusa perché, dopo aver aspettato cosí tanto le aspettative erano troppo alte o perché non sembra un libro scritto da Kathy Reichs. Tempe sembra una pazza isterica, che si mette costantemente in pericolo e che sembra trovarsi o sempre al posto giusto al momento giusto o sempre al posto sbagliato, ma sopravvive perché é fortunata, la storia sembra messa insieme con dei pezzi a caso e quando arriva la soluzione é pure quella sbagliata, ma poi va bene lo stesso, come se fosse una spiegazione random e insomma, non mi é piaciuto.
