The ML has a panic disorder (<Spoiler> originating from when a guy backstabbed him emotionally, & physically & also do to with his parents having unreasonable expectations about his achievements in life ) & has panic attacks when around other people (bc he feels like they're judging him). The MC is a man with many part time jobs (Pizza delivery man, waiter, crew member) who is in debt (thanks to his gambler addict dad) & later got scammed out of his house. The MC delivers pizza to the ML. Turns out they met before & ML doesnt feel panicky around MC and is urged (by his therapist) to spend more time together. The MC had a family member who went through a 'similar thing' to the ML & doesnt judge him & helps calm him down.

Its a slow burn romance bc the MC internally battles if he deserves love from the ML, as he doesnt want to take advantage of him & is worried about consequences of their friendship breaking. The ML falls for MC fast tho.
