This was uneven (debut book), but really surprisingly good and helpful. It was also quite funny. I am an ENFP and kept texting my husband good snippets as I read, and he was all “Thank goodness there’s a manual! I will read it next.”
This was such a fun book to read. As many other reviewers said, it’s like reading a book written by my own brain, heart, and soul. It gave me great insight to my own little idiosyncrasies and quirks. My favorite part was learning about my friends’ and coworkers’ Myers-Briggs type and reading how to work best with them. To all my ENFP homies out there, read this book!
I have been interested in MBTI for a while.Once upon a time I thought I was ENFJ but later I found out I was an ENFP and wanted to learn more about it,which is how I came across the author's articles on ThoughtCatalog and eventually led to this book. I loved it.As an ENFP I could relate to so many things, even the things I don't like to admit myself. It made me proud of who I am,but also showed me how I can improve upon certain things. I have given upon self help books. But this is more about knowing ENFP than learning to become an ENFP.A great read indeed for anyone who's interested in MBTI

I felt very narcissistic reading this. That being said, half of it was good and informative, the other half read a bit like a Buzzfeed article.

There is a lot of debate about the MBTI. However, I found this book to be really informative and I could really spot myself in it as and ENFP. Answered a lot of questions. Really useful.
