Yea, I'm 20 so ig YA still counts for me, but def not 16yo romance. The premise is nice, the writing way too simple and the characters are just angsty and boring. I could see me at 15 still liking it tho. If you want good scifi for 15yo as well as 25 yo just read red rising lol

OH MY GOD THIS BOOK IS AMAZING I LOVED IT SO MUCH. I was so unsure if I would like it as it a completely different book for me but this was such a surprise the characters, the world and the concept was so interesting and so many twists you were not expecting Deffo carrying on with the series please read this book AMAZING!

My fault for thinking I'd still be into YA at the ripe old age of 24. Still I really like the concept, it's just that the execution could've been just a bit better. I like that I could take this as a standalone. No-one does that anymore. Don't know if I really want to read thunderhead but I might as well.
