Redemption is book 3 in the Lords of Sin, and boy... I didn’t think this series could get any better.
It’s not like most of Angel Payne’s work, it’s a little more tamer, but book 3 still holds some heat, still makes you squirm in your seat and still had me flipping pages, wanting to know what happens next.
This book focuses on Marcus and Gabriela, Marcus is truly intriguing and I’m absolutely fascinated by the way this author played him out. His whole wild personality and what he was and what he does, the way he is with Gabriela, his obsession, his need, his want for this one woman had my mind on overdrive throughout the whole book. The way she worded things, the Mediaeval feel to it all. The whole damn book was beyond amazing! I’m not one for change, especially when it comes to new sub-genres of romances so I often stick to what I know I love so taking a chance with this series was big for me, but I’m so glad I did. Angel Payne never disappoints. She could write a book about a blank piece of paper and it undoubtedly be fascinating, addicting and enticing. She’s got a way with words that just sweep you off your feet and take you into a whole new and exciting world and this book is no exception. Once again, this author has proven to me that she can write about anything and it’ll be amazing. In my eyes, she cannot write a bad book!
I highly recommend giving this book and series a chance! Yes, it’s not exactly Angel’s normal romances, it’s different but in a fantastic way.
