what a banger!! obsessed with the variations in main range quality, but this is one of the best. doesn't quite match up to the heights of the zagreus trilogy but comes close!! and i love the doctors interaction with each other (even though i am not clever enough to understand how many are speaking at once without paying really close attention). love the dynamics, loved the story :)

Doctor who and the gang get trolled by a whacky demon from an alternate universe. I dug it. It was compelling.

I loved this one. McGann is a delight, and it's really nice to see the Kro'ka on the back foot for once. The Doctor is compelling here, and the gimmick of splitting him into different archetypes is so fun. The descriptions of the twisting, internally inconsistent world allow the listener to see the setting clearly, and even the cover is cool. This story was extremely well done.

Editing this review to point out that I love that the dreamy, goofball part of the Doctor has a less refined accent than the rest. It's just really cute. A nice touch.

Caerdroia was the best of this run. McGann seems to be back into it, and indeed playing three different versions of his own Doctor is surely a stretching experience. The initial mental battle between Doctor and Kro'ka is a good scene too. The baffling streetscape of the shifting city, rooted in Lewis Carroll and Franz Kafka, is also well portrayed. It doesn't all make a lot of sense, but I found it a welcome up-tick in quality.

About time I enjoyed one of these Divergent Universe stories. I was beginning to fear they'd never get back on track.

Simply fantastic. Took me by surprise, didn’t expect it to be as humorous as it was while also being quite serious. The comedy was used brilliantly, and the themes and the atmosphere were just *chef’s kiss*
