Who is Government is a very good book. Lewis is a thoughtful writer with great ideas. This collection is reminiscent of The Fifth Risk. Recommended for people who like to learn and general nonfiction. 4 stars.

Not what I expected, but great stuff. This was a handful of profiles of random people who work in US govt. no one you’ve ever heard of, which was the point: who are the nameless, faceless folks who make govt work every day. Each was interesting, many were inspiring, many were emotional.

Audio book, which was great for the folks I’m familiar with—Michael Lewis, W. Kamau Bell, Sarah Vowell. The others reading their work were perfectly fine, I just didn’t know them from another narrator.
