This one is hard for me to rate. I wanted to love it so much more than I did, but that being said, it was an objectively good book. I listened to most of it, and I don’t know if that adds to the reason that I didn’t connect with most of the characters? Which is the main reason for my rating. I LOVED Corey and his storyline, but the rest of it was kind of hard for me to get into. I wanted a whole Corey book.

Man this started so strong. I loved the characters. I loved the curse. I loved how haunting it was. 

I did not like that ending. The last 15% of these just was not the way the story should have gone imo. 

I still love Dues writing, and will read more from her.
