This is the first actually well-executed why choose novel I've come across. The characters aren't simply one-dimensional, their personalities are complex and solid. The book's opening intrigues the reader into wanting to find out more, and the plot is actually believable, at least compared to other works in the why choose niche. Reading this book was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. And the smut is very well-done and hits exactly right.

This book was so insanely spicy, it should come with a warning not to even attempt to read it in public. I ate up every second of it! I had to use so many of my Goodreads shelves for all the k$nks in this book. There's just something electric about the chemistry between these five. I love how you have an established found family, and how they open up to bring in one more into their fold. I love how well it shows a polyamorous relationship, the struggles, and the ever-evolving dynamics. There was also some feels, and I think book two is going to destroy me before making me whole again. I can't wait for part two.

This book is 🔥🔥straight fire. Jess is all muddled up in a revenge/payment system poly relationship with the 4 "Losers" from high school. And she is to do whatever they say, whenever they say it.

She should have just moved in. That would have been easier. But whatever.

My only criticism is that it isn't high school anymore. These are college graduates/working age people. First there isn't much work going on for anyone. Second, it's very high school. Illegal drag races, bonfires and house parties, caring what your friends say about who you're seen with, sneaking around so your mom doesn't see your boyfriend? She's probably 22-ish. This is stuff for 16 year olds. It was really distracting. I'm like who tf cares what Danielle says about Manson. Just hop on that thing and ride it already.

Other than that, I loved it. The guys are all great in their own ways. And I love how they all love each other. The sex was fire. Jess was not a nice person and does not deserve those screaming orgasms. But that's ok. Everyone deserves screaming orgasms I guess.

The audio was turrible. I quit in chapter 7 I think and bought the Kindle version. The male narrator was so bad.

Love love LOVE

I fell in love with Manson and Jessica in The Dare. I was so excited to get to see them again along with Jason Lucas and Vincent! And I’ve fallen in love all over again. I loved getting to see the boys up close and their relationships with each other. I really enjoyed seeing how Jess got with all of them together and individually. I think Manson will always be my favorite out of the boys though I love the others as well. I cannot wait for the next book and see how everything plays out and I hope they all see happiness in their future! Thanks Harley for sharing this story with us
