I LOVED this and it was so going to be a 5-star until the ending... it was giving strong Crooked House vibes so, that combined with the mastermind giving their thoughts as a diary, I knew (or figured) it was going to be Carrie. Then when it really was it just felt a bit strange... if it wasn't played up so much her acting like an adult (the smoking and drinking and cockiness) in the end and more like a spoiled, vindictive child, it would've been perfect.
