If the scientist/teacher guy didn't speak like an immature teenager this would be a five but I found him grating at times.

Worth the read. A good return of what was great about Martian - the blend of hard science that you can dig into if you want or just trust the scientist and go with the story. Some will complain that it is too similar to Martian but after Artemis ... that's what we all wanted eh?
