I totally respect Willem's decision to go searching around the world for his dream girl, but he wouldn't have been in this situation in the first place if he just got her phone number or you know, her real name and just looked her up online. Points for romance, negative points for stupidity.

Great book! Loved it just as much as I loved "Just One Day". It was interesting to read the story from Willem's point of view, and I liked that it wasn't the same story over again. This book's focus was happened after Willem "lost" Allyson and how he spent his year.

Didn't enjoyed it as much as the previous but it still was quite good.

Well. This was terrible. I knew I wasn't going to like this, because I hated the first one. But I held out hope that the male point of view would be better, because Where She Went was better than If I Stay. But. Nope. This was actually MORE pretentious and absurd than the first.

For all of the parts that frustrated me in Just One Day, this not only filled in the holes, but left me with feeling satisfied, even elated. The journey itself is well worth it. 100

Real cute.

Just One Year was a pretty cute book. I liked getting to know more about Willem and his point of view on everything. However, it kind of just ended in my eyes. I feel like this book was missing to much or maybe I just wanted more answers about everything. Or maybe I'm just being difficult and I wanted a much longer book to ease my pain and suffering.

Besides all of that, I really enjoyed Kate and Broodje. They were the friends that everyone needs, wants, and loves. They were so freaking hilarious and I kind of wish they were real because I would totally want them to be my friends.

In the end, the cliffhanger was freaking annoying. I hate cliffhangers so much! I just wanted a big ole happy ending.. and no. I get a god damn cliffhanger. I don't know if I want to dive into the novella or not.. I probably will just because I want something good to come out of this whole series.. but I also don't want to be disappointed by another cliffhanger.

Im not surprised to say this, but i liked Willems version of the story a lot better than Allysons. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I felt like she whined a little excessively and was much of a drama queen. Though there seemed to be some inconsistencies within the story on this book, I felt that there was more character development. It was interesting to see how Willem changed his views on various aspects of his life and also how his relationship with his mother evolved. I also loved the way that the author described how people can change their fates if they truly want to.

It took me a while to get into this, even though I needed to know more about Willem and Allyson's story...but then it really grew on me. Wish it had ended with a bit more resolution though.

Maybe 3.5 stars?

I think the only reason I kept reading was bc I just wanted to get to the end especially after Just One Day. Speaking of the ending…How did it just end like that!?!? Ahhh I need more than that!

Still liked it, but was kind of meh. Willem is cool though & I liked seeing him grow in his own way & see how that one day with Lulu affected him.

4.5 stars. I loved this book. I only knocked off half a star because of the 2 sentence ending! I wanted more! After not being keen on Willem in Just One Day... Well I loved him this! It was like he was a totally new character. I understand that he has issues that were responsible for the way he acted in JOD but I just can't see him the first book's Willem! They are totally different, like night and day!
