I read this when it first came out and enjoyed it then. It’s always interesting to me to discover what I remember and what I don’t. Surprisingly, I didn’t remember the ending. I think that’s because I find it too neat, unrealistic, and out of character.

While I normally give a book I read again, I’ll give this a 4 for that reason.

Pop sugar Reading Challenge 2019--A book that makes you nostalgic.

This book would get a 5, but for the ending. Which I don't hate as much as some.

This is a wonderfully descriptive book. I absolutely hate Annie and Diane (I'm still trying to figure out if there names being so similar is on purpose, but I'm no good at that kind of stuff), but still manage to love the book as a whole. Grace and Pilgrim's journeys of healing are so inspirational and touching.

Great story and a quick read. I would probably read it again in the distant future.

Ik had er meer van verwacht…

I really liked this book, but if you don't like books about people having affairs, I wouldn't recommend it. Bittersweet love story.

I loves this one. I do not care that this one was predictable, but it was written beautifully. I remember it for a long time, so this means something.

Definitely some slow moments and definitely some moments where I wanted to go on to another book but overall I am glad I stuck with it because it gets better
