This is a cute, interactive book. Abner and Ian are stuck on the side of the pages, and they all the reader to help.

I thought this was fun, but still needs to be kid tested.

Another fun one for a more interactive storytime.

Interactive book, but it lacks a lot of the fun in my opinion. I'd read this one-on-one with an older kid, and I'm sure it'd be funny, but I don't think this should be a book. I think it should be performed--an animation, a puppet show, something like that.

I love interactive picture books. They are a relatively new find to me and yet they are so beloved in storytime.

In this book.....it's exactly what we are lead to believe. Abner and Ian are not right side up. In fact, they are sideways and they know it is NOT right. So they encourage the reader to shake the book and everything will be fine.

Yeah....not exactly.

The book is a teeny bit long, but surprisingly, my kiddos did not care. They laughed and were engaged. Isn't that what we go for?
