this has some good information for anyone wanting successful relationships of any kind. it comes off a little outdated like i’m talking to my granny not to mention repetitive. it was still worth reading.

The piece about trauma dumping and how important it is to communicate needs vs wants in a relationship was transforming for me as a reader.

Not bad, but I think it's definitely catered towards people struggling in a poly relationship. The subtitle is a bit misleading. It's not a guide to infinite possibilities. It's more of a guide to what to do when your partner explores the infinite possibilities and you can't handle it.

I may return to this book at some point. I found the irreverent tone a bit too jarring a contrast with the other books I have on the go.

Great book to begin shaking off the idea of monogamy as the “ideal” or “correct” way to relate to others. The book feels a bit condescending at times and sometimes speaks from a place of privilege without acknowledging difficulties of people who want to explore polyamory from outside the big cities of USA.

Also, I feel like this book centers too much on hierarchical polyamory, implying primary partners have say on secondary relationships one may have. It is important to take into consideration this implication and how it boxes up (again) people in a structure where the main decisions on relating are taken by a couple…

Whether or not you are ENM, this book has some valuable advice for anyone in a relationship or not. Lots of good talk on jealousy, conflict and working through issues.
