The Art of War

challenging informative fast-paced

TL;DR: To succeed in war, you must:

-Be swift as the coursing river
-With all the force of a great typhoon
-With all the strength of a raging fire

And most importantly:

-Mysterious as the dark side of the moon

Also, interestingly, Sun Tzu may not even have existed, and if he did, it's probably not during the time period traditionally ascribed to him.
informative inspiring slow-paced

An intriguing short volume with lots of strategic wisdom. While I have no interest in warcraft myself, I found much of Sun's instructions to apply equally well to the art of rhetoric. People hoping to engage political discussions with oppositional interlocutors would do well to consider Sun's wisdom.

I honestly don’t know why this was recommended to me but it was relatively interesting. If I ever go back in time and end up in war times in 5BC at least I’ll know what to do
