This second installment in one of Rebecca roanhorse's lesser known works this sequel works out very well in many ways.

The characters are just as tortured and the action is just as well done. I grew up 35 miles north of Phoenix in the middle of the Sonoran Desert and I spent a lot of time in Navajo country up there. It's cool to see that culture get representation

This was such a fun follow up. I really like how these books are written. The story is fun and the cast is interesting. Too bad the series is unfinished.

Fun second book in Sixth World series. Outside world is more developed than in Trail of Lightning.
I continue to hope Roanhorse will write more in this world, but this may be it, which is sad since the last chapter here sets things up for future books.
