Wolf is a man of very few words. Janie is a young woman so tormented from her past that she made herself into Jstorm. Their love is explosive! I loved this book and this entire series.

This one is probably my favorite in the series so far. I loved wolf from the moment he was introduced, so glad to finally get his story.

This one wasn’t my favorite in the Navesink Bank world but I still enjoyed it. I love how all the series are interconnected. I’m currently reading in chronological order, which I found on the authors website.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Still a very dark and creepy story (my heart shattered for Janie) but the couple was SO cute (although I get less attached to Janie than to the others) and the plot was good.
The big strong point of this book is that we met a lot of secondary characters who look great <3
WOOOLLLLLFFFFF!
Let me start by saying I'm a SUCKER for a man who doesn't talk much. lolololol. No, but really. The silent, broody type is my jam. Idk why. It just is.
And Wolf delivers this is spades. The man calls every female he meets 'Woman' and doesn't even use full sentences 99.9% of the time. He's the road captain of the Henchmen MC and, as we learn in this book, a man with a very well deserved name. When angry, Wolf turns into a literal beast (no this isn't PNR. He's just brutal and animalistic).
Janie, our little JStorm, is a traumatized young woman who gets in over her head in previous NB books when she blew some stuff up. While trying to make her escape, she's found by Wolf on the side of the road and he just takes her. Yeah, that's right. He just puts her in the car and takes her home.
What follows is a love story built on the world of Navesink Bank and all that it entails. You have to read Cash's book first for this to make sense. And reading Reign's is best too because it sets it all up.
I'm rereading (via PB this time) and I chose to go in chronological order for the universe. It's well worth the time and bouncing around.
Best book of the series
Loved this one, Wolf and JStorms story was fun to read and watch them circle each other. This book was recommended to me by goodreads list and I think it’s the best book of the series so far.
3.5/5
I was disappointed, and often alarmed, that Wolf didn't even have much of an inner monologue.
However, I think having the ability to create an interesting storyline around a character that communicated how he does, is wonderful; so I applaud the author for that.
It was the heaviest story so far, which made me feel sick but also able to connect to the character.
I also think Jessica's writing style is fantastic. She cuts straight to the point no matter the character, so her books are short and sweet.
Last but never least.
The smut was 10/10.
That is all.
