This book connects the "Adults" story with the "Kids". I guess technically you can stop at [b:Independence|13519844|Independence (Significance, #4)|Shelly Crane|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1368363462s/13519844.jpg|19079965] and be perfectly content with the ending, but if you want more, and let's face it you probably do :), read this book and continue on. You won't regret it! :)

What? You're telling me there are going to be more books to the Significant series?
This is a novella that sets up the next book in the series, Undeniably Chosen. We see what Caleb and Maggie have been up to. They are happy with two children, Ava and Rodney. But everything isn't always happily ever after. The Watson's havent given up trying to get their powers back. The story takes a dramatic turn when Maggie and Caleb realize that Ava is part of this plan. They then go on a mission to save the people the Watson's held captive,
You also don't want to miss the two chapters of Undeniably Chosen that are at the end. I can honestly say I'm eagerly looking forward to the next book with Ava. 4/5 stars.

They save evryone except Seth, who the Watson's still have. It's implied and confirmed in the first two chapters of Undeniably Chosen that he is Ava's significant.You also don't want to miss the two chapters of Undeniably Chosen that are at the end. I can honestly say I'm eagerly looking forward to the next book with Ava. 4/5 stars.

Ahh fun little novella!! I really enjoyed it as well as the teaser at the end! (same teaser as the one at the end of Wide Spaces) Can not wait for Ava and Seth!

"Consequence" is not quite a book, but more of a little teaser to prepare you for what's going to happen in the next full "Significance" book.
Depending on how the next book is written, this novella could contain vital information to understanding what's going on. At this point, I'm not sure.
It was a pretty enjoyable read and it was nice to visit Maggie and Caleb again. The set up for the next book makes it seem like it's going to be very good.
The question is - will there be ONE book next? Or could this be a whole spin off with Maggie and Caleb's daughter Ava?
