No it’s not some superbly disturbing book like the internet might have sold it to you as, but I also think that’s the exact problem the author is conveying?

I thought it did a good job of showing the potential end results of being in an echo chamber of unfounded conspiracies, unregulated and ultra disturbing media, and racist/homophobic/sexist thought patterns.

I do think we spent maybe a little too much time of this very short book in the relationship. My big gripe though is the end end. Wtf is with her breaking into the parents house? Would have loved a better wrap up, could have left it at leaving Hexa for the last time.

Echt heel slecht.

Tja.

Quite enjoyed this one! Unfortunately, the ending brought it down for me. It felt too abrupt. I feel this would make a good book club discussion as it's quite thought-provocing.
