 Better written than I expected it to be. Lots of good spice. Story was weak but fine. I’d probably recommend this book if someone was really just wanting smut. Characters were like able. MMC was so much more endearing than many other smut MMCs.

I am primarily a non-fiction  reader so this isn’t typically the genre of book I read but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Storyline was great, character development was great, and the only reason I gave it a 4.5 was because the end was a bit slower than the rest of the book.

I didn’t expect to thoroughly enjoy the book as much as I did, as it’s not really my genre of choice. It’s become one of my fave for sure!! The voice actor of the MMC is amazing!🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠

Duuuude… if he wanted to he would! This was sooooo friggin' good. I audibly laughed (many times), kicked my feet, and was so into this banter. SLAY. I read somewhere some people were comparing this to Butcher and Blackbird, or Haunting Adeline... No... This book stands on its own in the dark romance sector. These characters had depth with their traumas and had a realistic vantage point of how people process some of these things, like hiding away from people, or overworking as a distraction, and the way we consume shit on the internet for pleasure or to escape is a horror all on its own. Not that this was a horror story, it was an absolute gem of a dark romance romcom that will forever live rent free in my own twisted traumatized mind. Also theres Fred. I just love an adorkable animal sidekick.

SLÖSERI på tid. Om jag inte hade så svårt att DNFa hade jag gjort det efter 100 sidor. Men jag kämpade mig igenom och det gjorde jag ju helt i onödan. Det har inte ens en gullig prolog. 

Författaren drog igång ploten efter 200 sidor, höll den igång 100 sidor och sen var det 100 sidor kvar…
Didn’t like….
