good but not great. good for a fun easy read. hott and sweet at times but cringy at others. i adoreeee how needy and clingy caleb was and that whit just rolls with it, always. magnus was definitely a highlight, him and sem pleasee. i will be reading the next one because this one just made me giggle too damn much not to.

I was hooked during the first chapter. Caleb’s slight obsession with Whit was perfect. I was absolutely here for Caleb’s clingy, neediness and that Whit seemed to really love it too. Caleb and Whit are roommates, but Whit is super private and shares little of himself with Caleb or anyone else. Which only draws Caleb to him more, wanting to know him and understand him. Caleb is straight or at least always has been, but he’s absolutely drawn to Whit and what starts out as just wanting to know Whit better quickly becomes something Caleb never saw coming. You realize very early on that there’s a mystery surrounding Whit, he has many secrets and those definitely kept me going. On Whit’s end there was a lot of angst and trauma. I wish that we got a little more of his POV, the short parts that we did get were amazing, but it would have been great to see a little bit more.

Ughh so cute i love men that live cuddles. I couldve finished this in two days if i hadnt gotten sick.

Everything was good and right there was nothing i hated it was just so good. Actually one thing i hated was that they didnt show enough. Like they skipped some scenes especially smut and i was offended like show me everything pls.

Also there were a lot of like mistakes in the writing. Idk if its the version im reading or wat but yea.
