I didn't read it cover to cover but used it as a reference book. There is a ton of great information and illustrations. Recommended for yogis everywhere! Personally I wish it were organized differently which is the only reason I rate it a 4 out of 5.

Really helped me teach muscles to my Anatomy and Physiology class.

There is so much excellent information on this book! As I grow my asana practice, I Silk be returning to this book for a better understanding of what my body is doing and how to correct imperfect posture on the poses.
Read as a part of my 200hr YTT. Pretty well-rounded textbook that I’ll continue to reference.
This is the best book ever! So glad I bought this book after reading a copyat the library. It provides ons of great information. Strongly advise you to get this book if you are into yoga. Love having it available on my kindle to quickly look up what post for what muscles.
The subject matter is interesting but the illustrations (including the cover) just slay me: every single flayed figure, shown in bones, muscles, and ligaments, is wearing shorts, and the ones with longer hair wear tops. Qu'est-ce point?
