The ending of the book happened too quickly and fell flat for me.
The quickpaced ending broke all of the built up suspense and left more questions than answers.
For example:
What happened to that voice that was crying for help at Mr. Toggles' mansion?
I feel like this book isn't exactly for my age group and younger people might find it more entertaining than I did.

And that dear ones, is why I’ll never play piano.
3 stars. The whole plot of a haunted piano and a creepy piano teacher who takes his students hands was pretty interesting. It was just the main character of Jerry that I didn't care for. He was a pain in the neck but I'm still going to give this one three stars because the plot was genuinely kind of creepy.
PIANO LESSONS CAN BE MURDER is easily one of my top favorite Goosebumps books now. I never never read it as a kid, but I'm glad I got my hands on it as an adult. What a classic!
