I have a feeling this would really hit for me were I in a different mood. The characters are fun and unique, and there’s an intriguing mystery right off the bat.
But I had to stop when the antique seller gave Lucy incorrect information about the purpose of a fuller. I can suspend my disbelief for vampires who knit, but not when it comes to sword anatomy, I guess. Unsure if I like this about myself.
Anyways, if you’re curious at all, you should definitely give the book a try.
