While I didn’t enjoy this installment quite as much as I did Drawing of the Three, this books was still and interesting and entertaining read.

I'm in no rush to finish it, but I am really enjoying this series. I'm not sure if I should have read other Stphen King stuff first or if it's great to start here, but I am enjoying this a lot. This one felt like it had more humor as well as going to darker places. I'm sure it won't be too long before I pick up the next in the series, and I'm excited to see where else the story goes.

This book is nuts, which is saying something for Stephen King. This is my favourite Dark Tower yet, mostly because of how well established the characters are. I don't think I've felt so attached to a main cast since the Stand (also by him).

I am not the biggest fan of King's portrayals of SA, but aside from that this book was fantastic.

Great to get further into Rolands universe...

Cliffhanger ending if ever there was one... Bring on "Wizard and Glass"...

After finishing book 3, I still think the Dark Tower series is SO GOOD. You never know when you'll find some obscure reference from 1970s America in Roland's world. This one got 4 stars because it took me a relatively long time to finish - maybe S.K.'s fault, maybe mine. I get tired in the evenings/reading time.
