I just finished the book and the ending left me shell-shocked. It was good, but in a way I’m still reeling from the last twist. I like when I can guess most of the ending, but the execution still left me surprised, and I think I may have even liked this one better than The Silent Patient.

Entertaining psych thriller with a couple fun nods to The Silent Patient. I ended up feeling annoyed with the main character off and on, but I'm not sure if it's because I listened to this one and and didn't love the narrator.

Solid 4.5 stars
Although this was spoiled for me, I was still shocked by the ending, and Theo from the silent patient was in it and like aaaaaaggggghhhh.
This was sooooo gooooodddddd.
The plot twist was like fireeeee
