This book provides a nice tour through many areas of Math by highlighting a bit of a "fun fact" in each area, some of which were more intriguing than others. It was interesting, but I would have liked more depth sometimes because I was often left thinking "okay, cool. But WHY?" (which I'm not sure there is an answer to for each concept, but maybe for some).
Y'all. I read three of these math for everybody kind of books this summer. This one is so, so much better than the other ones. it was so easy to read and I learned some really cool stuff. Even the stuff I aready know was explained so well that I really think it wil make me a better teacher.
