Kurt Vonnegut is great at the short story. He can build a whole world from a sentence. This satirical reflection of humanity in the post war era is mostly hits.
this collection of short stories may not have the depth of character and style that his full novels display, but the variety of tone, subject and style was a great joy to explore. not every story was great, but each had an interesting slant on the inner warp of Vonnegut's mind.
