This should’ve been the perfect book for me but the story was very shallow and I felt no attachment to these characters. I basically ended up skimming the end because I was bored.

LISTEN TO THE AUDIOBOOK IT IS AMAZING!!!
Promising plot. Extremely well developed characters

I love this book so much and these narrators were amazing! The female narrator excellently portrayed not just Jessica, but her male voices were excellent. The male narrator really shone in his ability to make four distinct and unique voices for the guys; there was never a question as to who was speaking. So well done!

The core story of this is so good, I like the way they're all a little broken but they find refuge as a group. It's sweet that they all had crushes on each other since childhood through adolescence. The way they use an excuse to get Jess back in their lives and then she just fits in. All the elements are there. It's just the mess around it that is annoying.
