This is a cute little novella that starts a funny series.

So cute

Definitely a new take on succubi. But she’s cute and quirky and wants to do things her way. Not entirely sure where the story is going.

Succubus Bargain is the compilation of L.L. Frost’s first few books of her (un)Lucky Succubus series/serial. These books introduce readers to Adie Boo Pond. She’s a young succubus who honestly doesn’t know much about being a succubus and the true cost of survival. When she crosses paths with three powerful demons she finds her life on a collision course for major changes…but if she’s willing to compromise then this can be a chain of good things to come.
Succubus Bargain is an engaging book that encompasses the first few days of Adie’s life with her new “employers.” Adie’s naiveté is on full blast in this book. I honestly couldn’t help but giggle at times at the ineptness of her mentor and the casual disregard of her cousin. Her mentor, while probably meaning well when he collected her at her “birth” he’s obviously not cut out to be a mentor. He’s more of a nerdy gamer like those whom he siphons from. The guys are engaging and absolutely delicious! I’d love to cross paths with them. Haha! The situations that Adie finds herself in at times is quite humorous.
This story is a fun read, but I will admit that Adie annoyed me from time to time. I understand that she is a young demon, but I just couldn’t stand it when she acted childish and reckless. She’s basically starving and when she gets some energy she burns it frivolously! I expected her to use some sense especially when she knew that she honestly didn’t know when her next meal would be coming from. I couldn’t help but be disappointed that she insists on fighting the very thing that she is.
The variety of characters is absolutely delightful and of the minor characters I have to say that Tac (the demon cat) and Torch (the little ignis demon) are my favorites. I adore cats and Torch just sounds adorable and while he’s a little fire demon I’d love to cuddle him. LOL!
All in all, I am rating this book 4.5 out of 5 stars. I’m looking forward to reading more of this series and enjoying the characters.

I have to be really honest, I was a bit bummed that this is a story about a succubus that doesn't want to have sex. I applaud the originality of the idea but the smut lover in me really craved a bit more spice within the story.

I really enjoyed watching Adeline try to make a life for herself that did not involve having to have sex to feed herself as succubi usually do. In walks three demons that are about to set her whole life upside down. I loved that each of these three demons are all so different yet I quickly came to love each of them for their own reasons.

So this is the story of Adie, a succubus who wants to open a bakery because she loved baking and she could feed from the joy of people eating her cupcakes. See, Adie isn't your typicao Succubus, she doesn't lile the idea of having to have sex or drain humans to survive so instead, she "skims" meaning she feeds through touch only and it takes a longer time and is less effective. In come 3 powerful demons, Kellen, Tobias and Emil who make her a deao she can't refuse. Actually, she can and she does.

I didn't have a lot of expectations for some reason and I was pleasantly surprised! The wolrd is well crafted and well explained. With the different demon breeds, the feeding, the way succubi are born. It's all really interesting. Adie is a little more stubborn than I'd like and it isn't really explained why she just refuses to have sex, but I'm hoping for more explaination in the sequel.

The guys are fine, I can't wait to learn more ald see their relationships with Adie develop.

Loved it!

I had fun with this one for the most part.

We have a succubus h who doesn't want to feed off of humans through sex, but instead wants to use her baking skills to open a bakery and get her fix through their happy feels eating her food- but little does she know three sexy demons are more than will to make a (as they see it) mutually beneficial deal, and satisfy all of her succubus needs.

So thats the fluff and fun short review- but I will say for me the H's were quite pushy and manipulative. So even though I enjoyed the story- I didn't have fun with that aspect of the RH romance.
