V.R Tennant is truly an amazing author. I loved the entire dynamic of this book. Through the emotional turmoil the characters had undeniable chemistry and growth. This book will have you swooning and crying one minute to mad and in love the next. Damon will hook your interest from the very start. I can’t wait to read the rest of this series when the time comes.

Omg I ate this book soo fast okay it is soo good if you love the single dad, but only because his wife was murdered, he falls in love with a surrogate. This book is a 10 out of 10 it made me cry in some parts specially, when he was being an asshole to Emma I was like Damon you’re a freaking asshole, this is also a second chance. I was kind of hoping that maybe they would try for baby number two you know but it’s still so good.

When i saw the tropes for this book I knew I wanted to read this. While I did enjoy Damon and the storyline had some twist and turns I didn't expect which is always a plus.
I just wish there was more of a relationship development between the MMC and FMC

The amount of times this book broke me and put me back together. Damon is a sweet (dirty) talker and I’m all for itttt. Oof. I loved it. They both grew up and matured, even with some stupid moments here and there.
