This was a fun listen. A soon to be divorcee is in a downward spiral. Her husband is taking everything. Her parents are sticking up for him. Her Great Aunt Maggie comes to the rescue by leaving her her house in the burbs.

Little did she know that her aunt was a hoarder. Every room is jammed packed with everything imaginable and some that are not. A tree has fallen through the roof and demolished the porch. The HOA is at the end of their ropes. A very vocal neighbor can only criticize.

She is broke. She is unemployed. She owes inheritance taxes. She can't afford to fix up the fixer-upper of all fixer-uppers. And this is only the beginning of her troubles. Get ready to laugh and swoon as you listen to this enemy to lovers romance.

Overall a fun lil rom com book! Predictable at parts but kind of in the ways I think you LIKE it when things are predictable.

of COURSE he’s not just on the HOA, he’s the president of it. Would have been 4 stars but I am just not convinced that a president of an HOA could even be hot….but that’s just because I hate HOAs.

Cute romance book, this could have definitely turned into a romcom movie.

I didn’t love Mallory and her inner dialogue whining. I feel like the love and drama had a decent balance but also wasn’t anything exciting. Hint of spice but I wanted there to be more!

I absolutely loved this. Just the book I needed to help me after losing my favorite aunt. I didn't care for one character/story so that's why I didn't rate is a 5*
