Laughably bad. I do not recall where I found this but, yeah, this is not good. I don't know if it's the translator or the author but the writing - in English - is juvenile, incredibly direct and passionless. Just not worth your time.

Pretty interesting read and take on the classic mystery, since you’re put in the lens of the perpetrators

I think that choice led to a loss of tension in the novel, since we’re just seeing the detectives slowly catch on and they never really have an aha moment, it’s literally more of a CRIME novel than a mystery or police procedural

Although I don’t think I’ve ever need that many crime novels on a “good for him” note LOLL

That ending quote goes hard tho. A quick and interesting read!
