C'était toujours un de mes préférés de la série, surtout car comme enfant lors de vacances en Angleterre je détestais avec passion la sauce à la menthe qui à l'époque était partout. Je crois cela a changé entretemps et maintenant comme adulte la bière tiède me perturbe un peu... Comme Allemande habitant en Belgique: Ont les Français le droit de se moquer de la bière des autres pays? Du vin sûr, mais au sujet de la bière je ne les trouvent pas trop connaisseurs... et j'ai jamais expériencé que les Anglais servent leur bière chaude.. Est-ce jusque moi?

Asterix & Obelix är en stor del av min barndom, så jag är inte det minsta objektiv i hur mycket jag gillar de här serierna nu - men, när är jag egentligen det? Hur som helst en rolig serie men som naturligtvis åldrats en del!

So I haven't read any Asterixes in French for a while. It was a pleasant surprise to find that my french has improved enough that I could read lots of the text as opposed to skimming it and hearing the english (which I know nearly off by heart anyway) in my head while I look at the pictures.

I love Asterix,i grew up with it and to this day i love it.

Ik heb Asterix en de Britten van Goscinny en Uderzo gelezen. Dit is het achtste deel in de Asterix serie. Het is uiteraard een stripboek. Ik heb dit boek voor de Magical readathon NEWTs gelezen, voor Potions, voor A met de challenge: read your friend's favourite book. In dit geval was het mijn broers favoriete stripboek.
Ik heb ontzettend genoten van dit boek. Vroeger heb ik wel een aantal Asterix stripboeken gelezen, maar vond ze nooit echt geweldig. Nu absoluut wel. Het is zo ontzettend grappig, maar je leert ook meer van de geschiedenis en in dit geval de gebruiken in een ander land. Obelix blijft mijn favoriet. 5 sterren, gewoon omdat het kan en ik continu met een glimlach op mijn gezicht zat te lezen.
