Incredible book. Making me think all about sexual assault and how people are affected for so long and what justice looks like. A woman confronts her abusers and rapists and It truly has been a reflective experience for me. What does It mean to heal? What does It mean to be seen and heard? It is the beautiful story of women. Empowering themselves and breaking free. Also the character of Beatrice is badass. Loved this book. I don’t need to read It again but It was truly amazing. Also plus size characters! This country needs more representation in our entertainment. Now.
