Not that interesting, In the 21th century it was easy for me to expect all upcoming turn of events .. but there's much meanings beyond the lines and plenty of pretty great stanzas If I would read it again I'll be only confined to them

"When sorrows come, they come not single spies. But in battalions"

If it weren't written as a play and I were more fortunate to find an edition which would've been written as a story, I might've enjoyed it more, nevertheless. The plot portrays intricate human behavior upon projection of their emotions and ideas, and it's obvious why hitherto Hamlet is a famous play and book.

The language proved to be easy to understand and figure out thanks to my previous experience with reading Tolkein.

I started reading this because I was playing in the orchestra for a production of Something Rotten, and it’s referenced so may times (often with direct quotes) that I knew I had to finally pull it off my TBR! And boy, I’m glad I did. I’ll admit, my reading of Shakespeare is a bit limited, but this might be my second favorite play yet! (Just under Twelfth Night).
