Wow! This book went by a lot faster than the first one for me, I felt like it wasn't as action-packed either. I wasn't bored with it but as I neared the end, I thought to myself, there is no way I am going to get answers to the questions I have and, then BAM epilogue and what can I say? I am immediately finding a copy of the next book because shiiiiiit I got goosebumps reading that last line! I. Need. To. Know. What. Happens. Next!

What I really enjoy about Jen McLaughlin's bookshots is that she is just so talented that she gets so much useful information into such a short amount of words! I was thinking the last few chapters that the first book was better but I think they are pretty equal now that I have finished it! I can't wait to read the next one!!

Light romance with a drug cartel story mixed in. Short, light read.

A Hallmark movie in book form. Of course this book was painfully full of ridiculous plot holes and cringey metaphors, but I really couldn’t put the book down until I finished it. An enjoyable few hours!

Roses saying sorry for bruises. When will men learn that sometimes flowers don't fix things.

Short but perfect. Another successful bookshot. The story was mapped out perfectly and though we rushed a bit to then end it was still good. I wouldn't mind a follow up to see exactly how the help they figured their ending out but hey. It was good.

Villains, old flames, peach walls and another reason to hate red roses.

Meh. Seemed like a "made for TV" movie.

Too short a book to use the non-word “fricking” that many times. It became annoying.
