I’m going to give it 3.5 stars. This book definitely had more plot then the first one which I appreciate. Valentina broke some the rules of the outfit but I like how Dante backed her up. Valentina worked in a casino which is something that a women should be doing it. I didn’t like how Dante was a asshole at times when treating Valentina. It was crazy how Valentina ex husband ask her to kill her current husband who is capo. The plot in this book is crazy and I did not see it coming. At least that the end of the book, he admits that he lover her and their daughter. The smut scene were great and I have no complain regarding that.

This book is very good. I have read this author before. If you are looking for mafia romances, she is one of my go to authors But I strongly encourage you to check your trigger warnings before reading this book.
