Amy is your average mom in the suburbs trying to avoid the PTA moms, the stop&chats in her local Target, and just trying to get through her busy weeks of tending to her kids and husband to make it to her coveted ladies nights with her besties Liz, Melissa, and Jess. This book I went into really enjoying for a bit because I found the premise of it to be interesting and the cast of characters did feel as diverse, in the sense that I liked that each character had a rather well-fleshed out personality, but as I was nearing the end it felt as if I was only reading just to finish it. I did enjoy the writing of the characters themselves but I do feel as if the book did not have to be quite so long. Some chapters could have been edited out as they seemed a bit unnecessary to the plot. The ending felt very anticlimactic to me due to how long the book took to build up to it. Overall, it was a satisfying read, and while I wouldn't highly recommend it, if you are looking to read a Thriller, perhaps try picking this one up.
If you're looking for a cute short horror-ish book this is the one. I dropped two stars because the there was lot of fluff and the main event was only one chapter.
