I enjoyed the modern Greek mythology twist on this story. It was an entertaining, easy read. Will check out the next book in the series.

Reread- sometimes you just need a fast, unhinged book hehe

DEVOUREDDDD THIS BOOK IN ALMOST ONE SITTING. Loved the modern day Hades & Persephone retelling. Persephone does remind of a bratty prep school kid, buuuut Hades??

So much fun! I loved the world that St. Clair created with the Greek gods enmeshed in our lives. I liked the idea of glamours and how monuments from Greek mythology were placed into the story.

The characters were great, Persephone has a fantastic journey. While I was on her side from the beginning, she definitely grows and I was fist pumping for her at the end.

Such a fun story. I don't know if I will continue on, as I like where this left Hades and Persephone, and I have heard that the second book adds obstacles into their path just to mess with them and I'm not sure I'm here for that.
