There's quite a bit of set up here. As one should expect with a brand new series in a brand new setting. And it's a bit of a mystery, so answers shouldn't be available in the first issue. I get all that. But it feels like I just read 38 pages of the pitch that was given when this series was announced. I imagine issue two will give me a better idea of what the series is going to be like going forward.

The art is probably going to take me a little while to get used to. It's not bad. I like it more when we reach the fantasy section of the issue. It doesn't work for me as well when they're in their home reality.
