One more Keira Andrews work checked on the read list- short and sweet and was cute. In an Olympic M/M short romance mood, it seems; I've just read the Annabeth Albert one about the champion swimmer a few days ago. This was fine and well written, but definitely struggling within the confines of a less than 10,000 word short story format where you won't get to fully connect with the romance. It's more on the atmosphere of the Olympics here that's fun, and the romance between diving partners Aiden and Tyler during that time.
This was super cute. I just wish it was a full length novel because I wanted more!
3.5 stars
Fun, short story of 40 pages of two divers in love, and it goes through the days leading up to their dives and all 6 of their dives at the olympics.

This was a cute sports romance. It was perfect to read while watching the Olympic diving finals! I would have loved if this was just a little longer. It felt like we only got a brief flash of this story and it was so good. The hurt/comfort? The pining? The sharing a room? It all added up to a really great short story. A solid 3.75 stars for this one!
Moderate: Medical content, Medical trauma
Minor: Toxic friendship
Tyler gets injured during a practice dive which lands him in a neck brace and the ER for a bit. There is also talk of an injury that another diver sustained.

Shorter than I thought it would be, but I mainly read it for the Romance Books Bingo card for unusual sport (synchronized diving).
Sweet little novella focusing on two Olympic divers with a low level of steamy romance and the usual well drawn characters I've come to expect from Andrews.
