Simple love story between a dreamer and a book. Beautiful to fall in to. It's wonderful when a book captures the love story of reading.

Ivy gives birth to Mia on a cult/farm as a teenager.

Rounded to 3.5 stars. My favorite part of this book was Mia’s childhood and the relationship between her and her mother. And her “adopted” mothers once she escapes the cult. The time travel to be with Nathaniel Hawthorne was odd to me, but time travel just isn’t my thing. Otherwise, a solid read.
