I love how the author never really left us hanging. There was tension, we weren’t sure exactly how it would play out, but once they got together there was no doubt of the strength of their feelings. She really knows how to write about grief in a beautiful way.

City girl/Small town hero is one of my favorite tropes and this book was perfection. Cameron is the definition of book boyfriend, totally swoon worthy. Such a cute love story.

I really love the way Karla Sorensen writes people in love.

No ow/om drama, do third act breakup (no clear defined relationship at that point tho), opposites attract, an MMC who is not an asshole or a grump, very very character focused (and I personally didn't feel like all plot lines were neatly tied up).
